What to include
- The app name and version, if you can find it.
- Your device model and operating system version.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce the problem, plus screenshots when useful.
Response path
I read support mail directly. If the issue is a bug, the most useful report is one that lets me reproduce the behavior on a test device.
